For all rental guests:

• Included is el, heating, etc.

• Included is kitchen ware, glass, cooking ware.

• Admission on saturdays between 15.00 - 18.00 or on agreement.

• When you arrive we meet and we show you around, and when you leave we meet again and then the house should be in the same condition as when you arrived. Else, you meet us most days.  

• Washing machine.

• Sheet and towels, you take it with you.

• Departure day the house should be cleaned and tidy.

• Departure at 12.00 AM.

• Half the rent is payed in advanced when your booking is confirmed.

• The rest of the rent is payed on arrivel.
